Published on: December 6, 2020 The chart below shows an average height to body weight for bodybuilding. The chart shows the Height and what weight range you should be according to. If your weight is lower compared to your height then you’re Underweight and if it’s higher you are overweight.
Day X. Leg Press 5x8-12. Rows 5x8-12. Dumbbell Bench Press 4x 12-6 (starting with a low weight and 12 reps and ending with a high weight and 6 reps, i.e 20kgx12 - 26kgx6 reducing the reps by 2 and adding 2 kg each set) Lateral raises 3x8-12. I then later on switched the leg press with squats, after 2 months or so.
