The X Type is the worst Jaguar made ever unfortunately. They were kind of cool looking in their baby XJ way but they had few redeeming qualities. Not only did they reset Jaguar’s reputation for quality and reliability back to nearly the BL days after massive positive swings through the 80s and 90s but it was also a financial failure.
