Same here on 12 pro it feels smoother after 17 update.
Change in display’s refresh rate. Low Power Mode also changes the refresh rate of your iPhone 14 Pro’s Pro Motion Display. Instead of dynamically changing to a maximum of 120Hz, the refresh rate is limited to 60Hz when using the low power mode.
